**Job Summary**:
The Business Operations Intern will work with the Business Operations team to provide support to Workiva’s business operations. The Business Operations Intern will work with internal/external data to research, analyze, and report to organizational stakeholders. The role will also help develop, maintain, and improve on business process workflows.

**Responsibilities**:
Operational Support & Reporting

Work with existing metrics, reports, dashboards, and BI processes to support ongoing, customer success and improvements

Assists with building static and interactive dashboards and web apps to support research

Assists with building data infrastructure to supported automated reporting of disparate data sources

Provides graphical, tabular, and textual reports to the end user.

Strategy & Finance

Assists with financials, product, marketing, and operational analysis

Provide support in strategic and business planning across various departments

Others

Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues

**Education**:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science

**Requirements**:
Able to commit at least 3 months

University student or fresh graduate who wish to get in-depth knowledge in financial and ESG reporting, data analytics, and business operations with the exposure of a leading cloud platform for transparent reporting - Workiva

Enjoys numbers, data analysis, reports and improving workflow processes

Good foundation in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge of analytical software advantageous, due to high frequency usage in role

Enjoys team work, maintaining good relationships with office members

Independent, highly motivated fast learner with positive attitude and good communication skills
