**Job Description & Requirements**

You will support the Project Director and Project Manager on various projects.
- Support the management and operations of various projects, including coordination, project documentation, and project reporting.
- Prepare minutes, report & related documentation.
- Sourcing and material procurement.
- Support the preparation of quotations and new projects and requirements gathering.
- Follow-On and Support for full project life cycle.
- Coordinate site with designers/sub-contractors/owner
- Coordinate factory with workers/sub-contractors
- Control/Monitoring work progress in the factory & plan delivery schedule.
- Good computer knowledge
- Knowledge in Project Planning & Scheduling

**Pre-requisites**
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
- Strong analytical and customer management skills.
- Good organizational skills and able to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Possess good written and verbal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,800.00 per month
