Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven individual to join The Workshop team as a Community Development Intern at Techplace II. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing a co-working space.
- Responsibilities- Assist in developing sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones- Understand the potential client’s requirements and recommend suitable workspaces and conduct viewings- Create engaging content for our social media platforms to showcase our co-working space- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive traffic to our various marketing platforms- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas for promotional activities and events- Facilitate the on/off-boarding process for clients- Assist in day-to-day operations and inquiries to ensure the smooth operations of the co-working space- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Requirements- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Media & Communications, Hospitality and Event Management, or any other related disciplines- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva- Good interpersonal skills and approachable- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and assist in creating a collaborative community- Familiar with social media platforms and content creation tools
