Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled internal communications professional to support the development of our internal communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit and distribute internal communications such as newsletters, announcements and leadership messages, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of information.
  • Maintain and update content across internal communication platforms , ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Develop communication materials to support internal campaigns and events, aligning with key business objectives.
  • Partner with various departments to source content and ensure timely dissemination of information, fostering collaboration and cooperation.

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities , including surveys, recognition programs and team-building initiatives.
  • Work closely with HR and other stakeholders to encourage participation and gather feedback, informing improvements to employee engagement initiatives.
  • Track engagement metrics and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness of initiatives, identifying areas for improvement.

Coordination and Administration

  • Manage communication calendars and align activities with key business milestones, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal events, including venue selection, catering and audio-visual requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the internal communications team, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality outputs.
