**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop **password and session management connectors**to onboard and manage privileged accounts within the CyberArk solution.
- Deploy and operationalize CyberArk components, including **Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA)**, **On-Demand Privileges Manager (OPM)**, and related modules.
- Implement and configure **Application Access Manager (AAM)**, **Conjur**, and **Secrets Hub**for secure access and secrets management.
- Document solution architecture, workflows, and **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)**while providing comprehensive knowledge transfer to operations and support teams.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve technical issues and incidents, offering expertise and guidance as needed.
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- Minimally 4 years of experience in **Privileged Account Management (PAM)**technologies.
- Proven experience in planning, scoping, deploying, and integrating **PAM solutions**.
- Strong knowledge of related technologies, such as**:Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)**tools.
- **IT Service Management**platforms like **ServiceNow**or **BMC Remedy**.
- Databases, including **SQL**and **Oracle**.
- Network configuration and **Windows Active Directory (AD)**.
- **UNIX/Linux**and **Windows servers**.
- Experience with deploying PAM solutions in **cloud environments**(e.g., **AWS**, **Azure**) and managing privileged identities in **DevOps**workflows.
- Proficiency in documenting solution designs and operational procedures.
- Relevant **PAM certifications**(e.g., CyberArk certifications) are a strong advantage.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Hands-on experience with **CyberArk Application Access Manager**, **Conjur**, and **Secrets Hub**.
- Familiarity with managing privileged accounts in hybrid cloud environments.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
