Gusto Collective Singapore (formerly known as Mercury Integrated) is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and passionate Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will look forward to developing and growing within an agency representing a dynamic array of international and reputable fashion, luxury, lifestyle, beauty, and hospitality clients.
**Your areas of focus will be**:
- Client Servicing: Providing day-to-day consultancy and client management through close collaboration to support clients’ business objectives and targets for the market. Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to track and review all campaign results to ensure client satisfaction.
- Strategy: Support account lead and teams in conceptualisation, development, and execution of strategic 360-degree communication plans (with measurable objectives)
- PR: Work collaboratively with account lead and teams to devise strategy for media pitching, identify and pitch compelling stories and features, provide counsel to spokespersons, manage and resolve crisis when required, and assist in sample management and coordination for fashion brands.
- Social: Implement strategies that push creative boundaries for social media campaigns, identify suitable content creators/collaborators, plan and facilitate content production with partners and various teams to deliver effective content across social networks.
- Content: Development of key messages and ensure consistency and accuracy of content and marketing collaterals including press release, bios, fact sheet, social media campaign briefs, press kits, website copy, etc.
- Media Monitoring & Reports: Conduct regular media monitoring on coverage, track, analyze, and compile brand reports, and work closely with clients and internal teams to provide regular updates to ensure KPIs are met
- Event Management: Assist and work closely with events team to conceptualise events that best suits client’s brief, development of event flow and on-site manpower requirement.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain good relationships with external stakeholders including media, social media influencers, clients (existing and potential), and industry partners.
**You will need**:
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university
- 1 year of relevant experience in Communications and/or PR and previous agency experience with proven track record in client satisfaction is a plus
- A good understanding of global and industry trends in fashion, beauty, luxury and lifestyle
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Understanding of clients’ requirements with ability to execute effectively and efficiently
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with high levels of initiative
- Excellent written and communication skills with an eye for detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to anticipate client requirements and provide strategic support and advice accordingly
- Flexibility, determination, enthusiasm and the ability to cope well under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills
