**The Company**

Our client is a leading mainboard listed real estate developer and as part of succession planning, they are seeking a Finance Director/CFO to join their dynamic leadership team.

**The Role**

Reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors, you will lead a team in overseeing the full spectrum of financial matters including overseeing SGX reporting, group consolidation, financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, planning and analysis, treasury management, internal controls, tax and audit. You will also have oversight of HR, Corporate Communications, Corporate Secretarial as well as investor relations.

This is a highly visible role and you will partner closely with the senior management team and provide commercial insights, advise on business development strategies and support on due diligence/M&A activities.

**Your Profile**
- At least 15 years of experience in Finance & Accounting of which more than 5 years in a senior leadership capacity
- Prior exposure in a Big 4 audit firm
- Experience with a mainboard listed company
- Prior exposure in the Real Estate industry or REIT
- Regional exposure
- Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to advise and challenge the management team
