As an Asset Management Marketing, Vice President within our Asset Management Marketing Team you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. You will leverage your deep understanding of local markets to deliver insights and solutions that meet client needs. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the seamless integration of marketing initiatives and maintain brand consistency across all channels. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the South East Asia region
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and challenges
- Collaborate with business, brand, and content teams to align marketing initiatives
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships
- Manage the regional marketing budget to maximize return on investment (ROI)
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities using data-driven insights
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with global guidelines
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies
- Advocate for a collaborative culture and establish a high-performing team

**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills**:

- A minimum of 8 years of marketing experience within the financial services industry
- Proven marketing background with relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience with digital, social, content, and data-driven marketing
- Excellent verbal, written, visual presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Effective project management, multi-tasking, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as an effective team player
- High level of self-motivation, integrity, and ethics
- Attention to detail and ability to manage well under pressure

**Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills**:

- Practical working knowledge of all asset classes and financial instruments
- Experience working with system and workflow tools
