This role will be part of the senior management team who provides strategic leadership and management direction to the projects in the organization.
- Lead the company to secure large scale projects in Singapore, SEA and India.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the company to a key player in the market.
- Key KPI are to spearhead the operational efficiency in the organization, mainly in technical area (UHP gas, mechanical, electrical and cleanroom) and bring the company to even greater heights.
- Use expertise to identify issues and risks during the project, to suggest mitigation strategies and solutions.
- Anticipate clients needs and proposes alternative technical solutions, when necessary.
- Accountable for effective deployment of resources, designs and engineering methods.
- Formulation and management of projects expenses to ensure the projects are done within organization’s budget.
- Reporting to the Board of Directors
- Development of potential technical engineers in the projects department to meet and exceed customer and market expectations.
- Ensure that the projects are delivered at the promised turn time and within project budget.
- Develop new projects and work closely with sales department to achieve organisation’s goals.
- Acquire new customer base in Southeast Asia region and India (Must have working experience of at least 10 years in Southeast Asia and India).
- Drive down the cost in technical department every year by 5%.
- Schedule the workload and flow to optimize the capacity of the organization.
- Continuously improve on the work method, setup reduction and mistake proofing.
- Develop and maintain a set of best practices across technical departments
- Conduct duties in accordance with the company's stated values, mission & vision and at same time ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.

**Requirement**:

- Degree or Master in Engineering / Business Management.
- Have at least 10-15 years of experience in Engineering and Management Level.
- Managed at least 100 people directly and indirectly.
- Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and highly organised.
- Techno-commercial and project management experience in construction of Turnkey projects in electronics and semiconductor experience.
- Overall management experience in Civil & MEP works including cleanroom construction, process and utility gas management and distribution, building automation, waste water and process exhaust management.
- Turnkey project execution experience is highly preferred.
- Willing to station both in Singapore and India for business development and project execution.
- Strong market knowledge and networking ability to set up a company subsidiary in India.
