We are looking to speak to Big Data Lead Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software/product development and ad hoc projects.
- Design scalable, well-structured technical solutions.
- Oversee all development phases: analysis, design, coding, integration, and testing.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with Bank standards and Agile methodology.
- Drive technical discussions and propose best-practice solutions.
- Provide production support and issue resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years in Java/J2EE development; 5+ years with big data technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Solid Agile/Scrum experience and full SDLC exposure.
- Strong design and implementation expertise in complex systems.

Technical Skills
- Core Java (Java 8+), OOAD, Kafka.
- Big Data: Storm, Hadoop, HDFS, HBase, Ignite.
- Familiarity with Flink, Redis, S3, MongoDB is a plus.
- Tools: Maven, Git, CI/CD, Cucumber, Kibana.
- TDD/BDD, JUnit, Mockito, automation frameworks.
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, cloud, and DevOps practices.

Additional Skills
- Basic finance/investment banking knowledge.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
- Culturally aware and collaborative in diverse environments.
