**Responsibilities**:

- To lead a team of 5 for a special project. Take care of both engineering planning and operation for the pipeline construction, cable diversion and circuit migration activities.
- Responsible for overall project timeline and ensure jobs executed timely accordingly to plan.
- Track the overall project expenditure to be within approved budget.
- Manage daily operation and ensure contractors carry out the work accordingly to specification and SOP for high quality and reliable cable networks.
- Supervise fibre diversion work, to ensure no incident during the circuit migration activities (night work involve).
- Liaise with Building Developers and relevant Authorities / Service Departments (Government and Statutory Boards) related to planning for diversion requirements when there is site challenges.
- Co-ordinate both internally and externally in order to prepare circuit migration plan and seek approval accordingly.
- Attend site meetings with Building evelopers and relevant Authorities/ Service Departments on matters realted to planning and execution of pipeline and cable diversion projects.
- Lead in the project meeting to provide progress update.
- Any other duties assigned by the Director.

- Degree in Engineering, preferable in Telecommunication, Info-communications Technology, Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
- At least 3 years experience in the Telecommunication industry preferably related to Outside Plant network.
- Strong working knowledge in telecommunication infrastructure.
