Principle point of contact for Northern Trust Asset Owner and Asset Manager clients taking performance, risk and compliance services by delivering a high-quality service by offering day to day support and ensuring continued client satisfaction. Responsible for delivering high quality Performance Services to Asset Owner and Asset Manager Clients within the terms of the Service Level Agreement. The role will be based in Singapore as part of the Global Investment Risk and Analytical Services Team (IRAS).**The key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Overseeing clients' Performance Attribution reports that will be delivered to clients on a monthly or quarterly basis. Reports involve ex-post Risk Statistics and Contribution Analysis.
- Presenting to clients every quarter outlining and explaining the impact of macro-economic environment on their investment plan. Requires a very good understanding of the client's investment objectives, investment strategy, and allocation.
- Acting as the main IRAS contact point for client to understand their requirements beyond Performance, to include ex-ante risk, ESG and investment mandate compliance monitoring. Primary focus will be Performance Attribution.
- Leading Service Review meetings for clients every 6 months across all IRAS disciplines.
- Understanding clients' analytics requirements and providing solutions using the suite of analytics available within the division
- Working the junior members in the team who assist with client relationships and report production
- Communicating with clients on a regular basis responding to their queries and issues; researching analytical problems and maximising the client's usage of NT analytical systems.
- Work closely with the relationship management team and wider NT partners on all mutual clients
- Leading the implementation of new clients; leading project related work depending on client requests.
Sustain high level of knowledge in Northern Trust systems, investment instruments / markets and market trends in performance measurement and risk
- Participate in training initiatives for clients and internal partners

**Skills/ Qualifications**:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong experience in creating and presenting effective PowerPoint presentations
- Able to manage client relationships effectively
- Competent knowledge of Performance Attribution and Ex-Ante Risk (risk knowledge would be a bonus)
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial markets, investment instruments and portfolio management
- Excellent attention to detail and highly numerate
- Ability to think critically and analyse problems independently
- Capable of working well within a team
- Maths/Economics/Finance or any other numerate background at university
- Comfortable using sophisticated software
