We’re now looking for an Executive Producer to lead AVPD Studios into its next stage of growth. This role is ideal for a strategic creative leader who thrives at the intersection of production, business, and team building. You’ll helm the studio’s vision, oversee high-impact content, and grow a team that takes pride in producing meaningful work.

**What You’ll Own**
- Work closely with the Group Managing Director on AVPD Studio’s business direction, shaping strategic priorities and owning the unit’s P&L
- Manage revenue targets, cost structures, and team resourcing to ensure long-term sustainability
- Identify opportunities to grow both creative capabilities and commercial partnerships
- Oversee the full lifecycle of video projects - from brief to concept, shoot, post-production, and delivery
- Uphold a high standard of creative quality while ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and goal-aligned execution
- Serve as a senior creative partner to clients, offering strategic counsel and building long-term trust
- Work alongside internal stakeholders across Project Team and Creative Team to delivery integrated solutions and ensure alignment between creative direction and business objectives
- Mentor and grow a cross-functional team of producers, editors, and videographers
- Recruit, develop, and retain talent to ensure the studio remains agile and future-ready
- Ensure adherence to licensing, contracts, and all regulatory requirements across productions
- Champion innovation by integrating new tools, technologies, and formats into studio operations
- Represent AVPD Studio in external engagements including industry dialogues, award submissions, and talent partnerships
- Provide strategic oversight of the studio - shaping its layout, infrastructure, and future capabilities in line with production needs and team growth

**What You Bring**
- Minimum 6 years of experience in video production, content creation, or related fields, with a strong portfolio that spans both long-form and short-form content
- Proven track record in leading video and content production across a variety of formats and platforms
- Technical knowledge in live streaming and broadcast production, with the ability to advise on set-up, workflows, and quality control
- Proficiency in editing across various software platforms (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects)
- Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, targets, and cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of production workflows, resource planning, and creative direction
- Exceptional client management and communication skills, with a reputation for being both strategic and solutions-oriented
- Ability to balance creative vision with operational discipline and commercial outcomes
- Leadership experience in mentoring creative and production teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, solving complex challenges, and making decisions under pressure
- A collaborative mindset, with a natural ability to build trust and alignment across teams and stakeholders
- Passion for innovation and curiosity around emerging tools, platforms, and industry trends
