Experience Matters is one of Singapore’s leading event management agency that prides itself in designing, planning and executing experiences for and with our clients, that include those in the technology, finance, hospitality and government sector.

We are looking for an individual who is methodical and have a good understanding of registration systems and Microsoft Excel.
You will be responsible for
The successful management and deployment of the event registration system
Supporting a variety of events to ensure online and on-site registration are well managed
Creating and maintain online registration websites and reports
Production of name badges, tent cards, etc.

Required skills
You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple projects effectively and efficiently
You must have 1 to 2 years experience in the meetings / events / travel industry, preferably in conference services or room reservations
You must possess good written and interpersonal communication skills in English
You must be able to communicate with all levels of the organization
You should be able to travel overseas when there are larger projects

Remuneration will be based on relevant experience. Minimum 1 year experience.
