**Roles & Responsibilities**

PM Group is currenlty looking for a Commissioning Engineer responsible for commissioning functions for a variety of pharmaceutical/ food projects and the following scopes:
**_
This position is a 1 year contract role; with possibility of extension/ conversion into permanent employee_**

**Your day to day role would involve the following activities**:

- Accepting/ rejecting handover from construction and allocation punchlist categorizations
- Managing change control during C&Q phase
- Test documents include:Commissioning Test Plans (CTP’s)
- Design, Installation and Operational Qualification documents. (DQ/IQ/OQ)
- Performance Qualification and Process Validation. (PQ/PV)
- Computer System Validation documents (CSV)
- Start-up and commissioning of equipment and utilities which including walk downs, making live, troubleshooting and testing
- Completion of commissioning protocols to a GEP standard
- Executing validation protocols to a GMP standard
- Reviewing and pre-approving vendor Factory Acceptance Test documents and Site Acceptance Test documents (FAT/SAT)
- Interact and communicate with own department, other departments, project team members, clients and other external parties to ensure co-ordination of activities
- Prepare technical documents, including checking as appropriate, in accordance with agreed schedules and ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements
- Provide site support for construction, installation, commissioning, modification and qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience in a Commissioning role
- Experience in as many of these industries as possible will be a major consideration:Pharmaceutical
Biotechnology
Medical devices
Food/ nutritional
- Proficient in the use of relevant engineering software
- Computer literate with good experience of MS Word and Excel
- Good organizational skill and able to deliver multiple tasks within budgeted man-hours and timely to meet project schedules
- Knowledge in industry standard methodologies and tools
- Effective verbal and written Communications Skills
