**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities
Physical Marketing:
- Retail Store:
- Develop and implement in-store marketing strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Organize and manage workshops and events to increase customer engagement and brand awareness.
Digital Marketing:
- Online & Offline Partnerships:
- Identify and establish partnerships with stockists, credit card companies, e-commerce platforms, group buys, and social media influencers.
- Coordinate with partners to create collaborative marketing campaigns and promotions.
- E-commerce Management:
- Update and maintain product listings on e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy and appeal.
- Plan and run e-commerce campaigns to boost online sales and visibility.
- Content Marketing:
- Create engaging EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail) to communicate with customers, promote products, and drive traffic.
- Develop and execute LinkedIn content marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and attract potential partners.
Promotions and Initiatives:
- Monthly Initiatives/Promos:
- Plan, propose, and execute monthly promotional ideas to boost B2C sales through various channels, including the retail store, pop-up stores, and online platforms.
- Analyze the effectiveness of promotional activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ad Hoc Responsibilities:
- Popup Store:
- Plan and manage pop-up store events to expand brand reach and generate sales.
- Activations:
- Develop and execute brand activations to engage customers and promote products.
- Other Duties:
- Handle additional tasks related to third-party partnerships and marketing as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong understanding of retail marketing and B2C sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with the ability to propose innovative marketing ideas.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including EDM and LinkedIn.
