**About Our Client**:
Our client is a Singapore HQ'd business with large scale operations across SEA. They have a keen focus on driving growth through their various business lines, with technology playing a huge part of the overall business strategy.

**IT Design, Strategy and Planning**:

- Design and lead the organisation's IT direction, strategy and road-map in alignment with overall business goals
- Work as part of the Senior Leadership Team to identify opportunities to harness technology to drive business processes, improve efficiency and drive innovation
- Design and implement IT policies, standards and procedures across all BU's

**Technology Infrastructure, Cloud And Operations**
- Oversee the design, deployment and maintenance of the IT infrastructure; including networks, servers, storage, and cloud services
- Ensure the reliability and security of IT systems and services through effective monitoring, maintenance, and disaster recovery planning working closely with CISO team
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective delivery of IT solutions & services

**Application Development And Management**
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to unlock opportunities for innovation
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile development methodologies within the IT organisation

**Data Management And Analytics**
- Oversee the design and implementation of data management and migration strategies, including data governance, quality assurance as well as security.
- Drive the use of data analytics and business intelligence tools to derive actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organisation

**Leadership And Team Management**
- Leadership and vision for the IT department, creating a culture of collaboration, innovation and ownership
- Recruit, develop and retain top talent, building a high-performing IT team capable of executing the organisation's IT strategy
- Mentor and coach IT staff, providing guidance and support for professional growth and development

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience (typically 15+ years) in IT leadership roles, with a track record of success in developing and implementing IT strategies that drive business value at scale
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to understand and align technology initiatives with organisational objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
- Experience in managing IT budgets, vendor relationships, and third-party contracts
