**Role Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Define and lead the product vision and strategy in alignment with the company's goals and market opportunities.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development through to launch and iteration, ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.
- Build, lead, and expand the Product Management and UX Design team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure product goals are met and market feedback is incorporated into product development.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to inform product strategy and feature prioritization.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, setting clear goals and milestones to guide the development process and measure success.
- Lead product delivery from ideation, development, launch, and iteration of approaches to improve user experience.
- Advocate for the implementation of advanced AI technologies within product offerings, ensuring our products remain at the cutting edge of EdTech and SciTech innovations.
- Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather insights, build relationships, and promote our product vision.

**Requirements for the Role**
- At least 20 years’ experience in Software Engineering roles (could include development, product management, strategy, system architecture, etc) with specialisation in complex vertical platforms development
- At least 10 years of strategic leadership experience in software companies developing vertical platforms
- At least 7 years of experience running Software Quality Assurance practice, past experience driving a software engineering company through ISO 9000 certification
- Master’s degree in a natural sciences field, past scientific research or teaching experience is a plus
- Demonstrated analytical mindset and systematic approach to execution
- Experience with product exploration and go to market, product design, product planning and development
- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience building and mentoring high-performing product teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate vision and strategy at all levels of the organization and to external partners.
- Demonstrated success in developing and launching innovative products in a fast-paced technology environment.
- Experience in a hyper growth tech environment is preferred
