WeBarre is Asia's leading barre fitness studio, with studio locations in Singapore & Hong Kong as well as an online platform of workouts. The WeBarre workout brings together ballet technique, pilates & strength training - toning, sculpting and building strength through graceful and impactful movements. WeBarre has a purpose of empowering its community to keep fit, strong and healthy in both their mind and body, so that they are more confident, even beyond the studio walls. Join us in this role to learn the ropes from the ground up, be the face of our brand, and to have direct access to our leadership team to learn and grow.

You will have exposure to various departments in the company including Operations, Marketing & Business Development. You will have frequent exposure to the Co-Founders, and input in the weekly management meetings - having exposure to the strategy & insights of the company, growing your own leadership skills.

**Tasks**:

- Communicate, deliver exceptional customer service & build relationships with clients by speaking authentically about the brand and service
- Be the face of WeBarre and bring to life the values (community, empowerment & fun) in the start to end experience for all clients and employees so the studio becomes their happy place
- Manages operational tasks such as managing customer attendance, processing payments & managing inventory and merchandize.
- Input and feedback into management meetings in strategy planning and insights to achieve the company's goals
- This role has the potential to be promoted into a Studio Manager position where you will have one studio location and part-time staff to lead, manage & grow as per the company's goals.
