About the Youth & Campus Engagement team
FORward YOUth is Lazada’s youth initiative which aims to create opportunities for youth in Southeast Asia to learn, land and thrive. The team leverages the power of the digital-commerce ecosystem to provide the best experiences for youth to understand and learn future-ready skills for Lazada and its ecosystem partners.

Key Responsibilities
- The Youth & Campus Engagement Lead plays a critical role to build youth and the business, by identifying synergies which allows youth to learn while contributing to progress within the digital ecosystem
- Leverage youth impact as a glue to drive a common mission, driving a consistent internal and external brand
- End-to-end ownership of campus recruitment and activities
- Lead partnerships with other organizations and governments
- Own relationships with key stakeholders and partners

**Job Requirements**

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years in the campus engagement & recruitment space
- Strong experience is fostering partnership with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communicator who can articulate clear mission both internally and externally
- Strong project management experience and can win the hearts of multiple stakeholders and “get things done”
- Able and willing to work in a highly diversified culture in Southeast Asia and China
- Willingness to represent Lazada to speak at external events and media engagements
- Strategic and has foresight, results-oriented and inspiring
- Willing to travel within Southeast Asia & China when appropriate
