Join us as LVS Busway Reginal Product Marketing Manager for the Electrification Business Area where you will be representing PG3101 LVS Busway in the APAC region to grow sales and market. Defining, planning and ensuring implementation of product marketing strategies in assigned area to meet business objectives and in line with global product strategy. Overseeing all sales and marketing activities, and support sales organizations in driving sales and services of respective products. Reporting to APAC LVS Regional Manager & Sales Manager and you will be representing ELSP LVS in the APAC Region to grow sales and market for LVS Busway. Position location TBD: Any countries in APAC Region.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Creating, planning, and ensuring implementation of the local go-to-market product marketing strategy including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy
- Ensuring achievement of established targets through oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed. Focusing on achievement of total demand orders (ABB and 3rd Party), growth margin %, net price variance, Net Promoter Score (NPS), inventory turn on finished goods, and requested on-time delivery
- Managing distributor channels for the busway product, this includes setting up and renewal of distribution agreements. Developing and implementing annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant Business Units/Product Groups. Preparing business plans focused on business development for a defined market
- Evaluating channel and market opportunities and deciding appropriate activities in line with the strategy. Coordinating opportunities across local Divisions and local Business Units where appropriate
- Creating demand through technical promotion, providing solutions and a value base selling approach and Implementing Business Unit market pricing policy
- Providing product and technical support to sales team. Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing channels and customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
- Developing and implementing product support and product training to ensure high customer satisfaction in cooperation with global Business Unit Marketing and Sales. Driving continuous improvement on NPS. Ensuring the resolution of customer issues
- Implementing and ensuring compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies, and processes related to operations/project execution and sharing functional best practices and lessons learnt across the organization
**Your background**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or MBA preferred
- 10 years of relevant experience in Electrical Industry
- Experience in Busway design and distribution channel management is mandatory
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, additional language (Chinese) is a plus
