Join us on our journey for the love of softwareWe are looking for a Growth Sales Representative to join our world-class Growth Sales team and help us delight customers. With the swift adoption of our market leading observability platform among all customers, we are enabling all organisations' success in the digital era.How do you know if you’re a good fit? You have a track record of quota over-achievement, and have grown an ambitious pipeline of business as a result of outbound prospecting, creativity, and simple hard work. You also have experience navigating through complex organisations and selling to multiple decision makers, including the “C Suite”.- What you'll do- Prospect, qualify and develop a robust sales pipeline
- Communicate the value of New Relic’s solutions to C-level executives and other senior decision-makers
- Conduct discovery and execute on sales process to uncover needs for all size companies
- Develop a strategic plan for your territory to meet monthly, quarterly and annual bookings & revenue objectives- This role requires- Experience selling software to organisations
- Experience selling net new business
- Continuous, meaningful, and proven success in sales
- Well-developed eye for business
- Experience in consultative solutions selling.
- Bonus points if you have- Knowledge of Monitoring, APM, logging and similar
- Deep and creative sales skills
- Exceptional ambition combined with great teaming skills
- A related college degree or equivalent experience
