**Internship Opportunity: Personal Assistant to Director (with Marketing & Media)**

Location: Sembawang, Singapore

Duration: 6 months

Allowance: SGD $600 - SGD 1200/month

Working Days: Monday to Friday & appointments

**About the Role**

We’re a boutique interior design studio passionate about creating elegant, functional spaces for modern living and working. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant Intern to support our Director — with added exposure to branding, marketing, and client communications.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist and manage the Director’s schedule, meetings, and time
- Follow the Director on-site to take photos/videos for project and social media
- Assist with content planning, copywriting, and social media scheduling
- Support photo/video shoots and behind-the-scenes content creation
- Help manage and update website, blog, and portfolio materials
- Monitor analytics and performance of social platforms
- Research marketing trends and propose creative ideas
- Design simple visuals using Canva or similar tools

**What We’re Looking For**
- Current student or fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Strong written English and visual storytelling skills
- Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools
- Creative mindset with attention to brand voice and aesthetics
- Interest in interior design, architecture, or lifestyle content
- Bonus: Bilingual (English + Mandarin) and familiarity with platforms like XiaoHongShu

Pay: $600.00 - $1,200.00 per month
