AMILI is seeking for driven and collaborative individuals based in Singapore that will be heavily involved in our growth trajectory as we promote gut health here and in the region. As a Business Marketing Associate, you will have the opportunity to produce and execute both online & offline marketing strategies to expand our business in Southeast Asia. We strive to be a catalyst for positive change among our customers and put customer outcomes first. Generating ideas and keeping up with our fast pace would be the norm. This role will report to the VP of Growth, Commercials, & Finance.

**What you will be doing**:

- Developing and executing marketing & sales initiatives to drive customer acquisition / retention and brand awareness in Southeast Asia
- Conducting market research and assessing new revenue opportunities, competitor analysis, industry activities, and other industry news
- Use marketplace data and trends to develop a deeper understanding of particular consumer segments, psychographics, and behavioural drivers
- Assist in the planning and implementation of projects, promotional events and campaigns by translating key consumer insights into actionable activities and relevant communications
- Manage and maintain social media channels and personalities
- Create, write, and proofread marketing content
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with various external stakeholders such as KOLs, influencers, third party vendors and business partners

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Minimum Diploma education in Marketing or related field
Is passionate about health and wellness
- Experience in project / stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and logical thinking
- Has superb relationship management and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Is organized and proactive, with excellent time and self-management skills
- Is adaptive and creative at problem-solving, maintaining project timelines
- Has experience partnering cross-functional teams and/or agency partners & vendors
- Experience leveraging data and trends to generate consumer insights
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other marketing related software will be advantageous

**What is good to have**:

- Degree education in Marketing or related field
- 2-5 years of working experience
- Experience leading marketing & communication projects including digital and media strategies
- Experience in health, wellness, and/or tech businesses
