This position will support the machine sales team. The team is passionate about meeting the needs of our customers against the background of rapidly evolving sustainability goals and are vigilant about enhancing our offerings through superior customer service, new innovative solutions, services and technology offerings. **Qualifications**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- Must have accredited university in one of the following degree programs: Marketing, Science, Engineering, Communications, Business or closely related field
- Passion for sales
- Must have an advanced level of proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Must be willing to travel extensively (35%- 50%)
- Must be willing and able to relocate domestically/internationally based upon business need in the future

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Relevant work experience related to earthmoving industry
- Strong soft skills and analytical skills to interpret and understand data
- Ability to influence change and experience in stakeholder management
- Prior leadership experience. This may be within a student, volunteer, or extracurricular organization
- Strong ability to work independently and to communicate with others in a variety of work environments
- Ability to guide change and solve problems
- Strong sales and technical aptitude
