**What You’ll Do**:

- Read electricity, water, gas meters at customer premises and take related actions as required
- Performing first-level investigation checks to identify meter defects, installation irregularities and potential energy theft
- Supporting the on-site retrieval of missing Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) meter interval consumption data
- Performing first level communication checks using portable communication tester (CATT) tools
- Identifying meter irregularities for all utilities
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

**What You’ll Need**:

- NITEC in Engineering from recognized institutions
- Familiar with IT and mobile solution and conversant in Microsoft Office
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service field is added advantage
- Preferably possess own vehicle
