**What You’ll Do**:

- Read electricity, water, gas meters at customer premises and take related actions as required
- Performing first-level investigation checks to identify meter defects, installation irregularities and potential energy theft
- Supporting the on-site retrieval of missing Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) meter interval consumption data
- Performing first level communication checks using portable communication tester (CATT) tools
- In charge and provides support to Piece Rate Contractors/Technicians/Meter Readers to ensure Standard Operating Procedures, Safety work Procedures and Service Standards are met
- Identifying meter irregularities for all utilities
- Perform UAT for system upgrades or enhancements
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

**What You’ll Need**:

- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field from recognized Polytechnics in Singapore
- Familiar with IT and mobile solutions
- Possess a personal vehicle and able to use for work purpose
- Experience in customer service field would be advantageous
- Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude
- Able to work independently, as well as in a team and in a challenging environment
