**JOB PURPOSE**:
- The Sales Executive responsibilities include generating unique sales plans, developing pricing and marketing strategies, and meeting marketing and sales objectives.
- They represent the company's brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
- The compensation structure will be weighted in favor of job performance.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Increase Sales Revenue indirectly through a combination of existing services (Fuel, Lube, Cylinder Lube, Water testing, Bunker Surveys, Digital Service such as Log Books) through new package offers, through new customers with existing services and package offers
- Responsible for planning, implementing, standardizing and managing marketing strategy along with CEO, Board of Directors and Business Directors to include expanding scope that would yield increase in revenue, increase market share, increase geographical areas.
- Responsible for achieving Group’s growth targets
- Responsible for developing and implementing the annual marketing plan and achieving agreed quantified objectives
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Must be willing to travel internationally if needed.
- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
**Team Cooperation & Process Improvement**:
- Foster collaboration between Lab and Operations teams, conducting regular team meetings and joint problem-solving sessions.
- Ensure 100% documentation of missed issues, operational delays, or job losses in the QC Portal.
- Implement corrective actions through monthly discussions with key departments (RSM, Ops, Lab, etc.) to prevent recurring issues.
**Sales Support & Revenue Growth**:
- Assist sales in reaching revenue targets by identifying areas for improvement and tracking lost quotations and customer demands.
- Submit a detailed bi-weekly summary report to the RSM.
- Increase enquiry conversion rate by 10% within the next 6 months, ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries and identifying reasons for lost opportunities.
**Billing & RFQ Response**:
- Ensure that 100% of items ready for billing are closed by the end of each week.
- Respond to daily received RFQs before the close of business and ensure timely follow-up on service availability.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Zoho Desk, Excel, and other relevant tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
- Industry knowledge in energy, fuel quality, or water verticals (preferred).
- **PRE-REQUISITE**- Maritime Industry Background in Sales with a minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience as an added advantage.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- Experience in management may be advantageous.
- Strong closing skills
- Ability to present multiple product lines
- Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
- The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
- The ability to work under pressure.
