**Reporting to the Head of Corporate Services, you will develop strong and innovative digital marketing content to drive traffic to organisation pages and platforms to generate interest in organisation’s programmes and services. You will create or direct the creation of engaging written, graphic, and video content while staying up-to-date on latest social media. You will also employ effective tracking mechanisms to monitor the rate of response for all marketing campaigns. You will play a supportive role in programmes and events, as well as in media publicity efforts, cross-departmentally.**:

2. Manage and develop marketing campaigns and events

3. Manage marketing communications and public relations

4. Marketing report management and administrative duties

Key duties and responsibilities:
1. Manage and develop marketing and communications strategies
- Develop and execute an effective branding and strategic campaigns for offline activities (Roadshows, Open House, etc)
- Create content marketing strategies for the company (print and digital media)
- Manage and maintain company websites including building and updating its pages
- Manage company noticeboard and update content production

2. Manage and develop marketing campaigns and events
- Develop annual media and marketing plan for ATL/BTL offline marketing activities and conduct annual reviews.
- Plan, create and handle organisation’s corporate events and events planning
- Develop engaging online content, including podcasts, videos, static posts; monitor and analyse content success
- Plan, create and produce prints (Annual Reports, Newsletter etc.) for internal and external stakeholders

3. Manage marketing communications and public relations
- Plan, create and produce organisation brochures, press releases and direct mailers and sponsorship letters to various stakeholders.

4. Marketing report management and administrative duties
- Prepare marketing report for tracking and analyses
- Perform administrative duties such as submitting of budget plannings, marketing expenditure, claims and others when required.
