**What You’ll Do:
As a member of the Communications team, you will work closely across functions to position SP as a sustainable energy solutions leader in Singapore and the region, empowering the future of energy; an employer of choice; and a responsible and caring citizen in the community.
- Build SP’s community and social service contributions: 

Drive SP’s Corporate Social Responsibility efforts through partnerships and community outreach programmes by developing opportunities for giving, assist in the evaluation of programmes and collaborations, and reporting on the social impact 

Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders in philanthropy and staff volunteerism initiatives 

Develop effective campaigns to increase awareness of SP’s giving efforts and engagements with community partners and social service users 

Administer programmes in close partnership with staff volunteers 

Profile outcomes, programmes and collaborations in internal and external platforms 

Maintain content on owned and third-party digital channels to ensure positioning is aligned and synergistic 

Ensure governance practices and protocols are observed and proper record-keeping maintained
- Be part of the team that manages and optimises internal communications 

Custodian for internal communications to ensure relevant and updated information is maintained across platforms 

Create engaging content with clear messages in line with corporate strategy and enhance employer branding 

Timely management, coordination and dissemination of communications initiatives such as leadership messages and staff bulletins
- Be a part of the Communications response team that guards reputation through issues and crises management.

**What You’ll Need:
- 6-7 years of relevant experience in Communications, partnership development, or CSR

planning and outreach with proven and impactful outcomes
- Strong messaging, presentation, writing and interpersonal skills
- Competence in project management, meticulous and able to manage different work streams

concurrently
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and agility in responding to changes
- Basic knowledge of image and video editing advantageous
