Reporting into the Head of Human Resources, this role plays a key part in driving the establishment and development of our Compensation & Benefits programmes at Hex Trust, maximizing the Employee Value Proposition to help with attracting and retaining talent. This role will design and deliver strategies that align with the Company’s “Total Rewards” approach, focusing not just on the financial elements making up compensation packages but also non-monetary benefits that work in harmony with them to provide our employees with a truly comprehensive, rewarding and engaging experience.

We are open to the person in this position being in Hong Kong or Singapore.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and implement the global Compensation Philosophy & Strategy.
- Evaluate the existing employee Grading framework, leverage knowledge & external data to develop recommendations that repositions the Company with a scalable & sustainable solution.
- Review, recommend and develop effective reward programs (including their related policies and procedures) that align with and promote our ‘Pay for Performance’ approach.
- Design, build and own compensation tools to support the creation and validation of salary offers and increases, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Drive the development & configuration of systems to ensure seamless support & execution of our Compensation & Benefits elements.
- Own the cyclical exercises related to Compensation & Benefits, incl. Salary Reviews, Bonus & LTI, Promotions, Insurance Renewals, etc. - working with other functions within Human Resources as required (e.g. Performance Management).
- Continuously review the processes, tools and systems supporting the various Compensation & Benefits initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to maximize stakeholder experience.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the latest market trends and legal requirements, incorporating such intel back into program designs as needed to remain current & competitive.
- Own and manage the relationships with external vendors that support Hex Trust in the Compensation & Benefits space, including but not limited to Survey Data and Insurance providers.
- Support the Human Resources department’s broader initiatives in the capacity of the Compensation & Benefits SME as required.

**Requirements**:

- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
- Solid experience with track records in building the Compensation & Benefits function, experience in consulting capacity is a plus
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and influencing skills, we are a very diverse organization so you will need to first and foremost be highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- A passion for numbers & data, you will have a highly analytical mind and a high level of technical proficiency to bring your ideas to life.
- Achievement-driven, resilient, and result-oriented with can-do attitude and continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience managing and developing a team spread across the region is a plus, as is having strong project management skills.
- Experience working in start-up or dynamic tech environments preferred.
