Associate / Analyst, Platform Support Specialist, Consumer Banking Group

As a key member in Trading Platform Support Team, you will be responsible in providing Trading and Platforms domain knowledge and support to the front-line teams. You will have to monitor the heartbeat of different Online Trading Platforms. Escalating or reporting issues and bugs for fixing in a timely fashion while collaborating closely with key stakeholders to conceptualise and make investing a joyful experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure timely follow-up on platform issues and trading related queries
- Diagnose and escalate issues to relevant units when appropriate
- Work with different business units, internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure functionality on all trading platforms are operating optimally
- Monitor backlogs and fix deliveries
- Provide guidance on the navigation of our Investment / Trading Platforms
- Develop and update relevant guides and manuals for internal and external users
- Participate in trading platform projects and initiatives for the trading related business
- Perform testing on trading platforms to ensure usability and customer friendliness
- Provide other ad-hoc administrative support
**Requirements**:
- Degree holder in Business & Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Driven and results-oriented and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and multi-task.
- Meticulous and with an eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially in advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Knowledge and interest in the financial markets would be an added advantage
