**Responsibilities**:
Customer Service
- Process money transfer orders with speed, accuracy, and tact.
- Provide information about Ria Services to customers.
- Resolve orders incidences working together with the Customer Service department.

Organization, Controls, and Compliance
- Organize the level of stocks and balance his/her own till quickly and without mistakes.
- Be always present at the assigned counter position when on duty to serve Customers.
- Check all daily reports.
- Implement the Company established procedures to accomplish regulations, AML and Security in the workplace.

Business orientation
- Promote and sell pro-actively all products offered by the Company
- Maximize cross-selling opportunities.
- Analyzing market and initiating campaign to generate business and support the business numbers.

**Job Requirements**:
We would like an individual to join our organization who has the following skills and abilities:

- Minimum high school education
- Minimum 6 months cash-handling experience is required.
- Applicants must be able to converse in English and 1 (ONE) of the following languages: Tamil, Hindi, Bengali and Malay due to business nature.
- Experience in communication and dealing with foreign customers.
- Willing to work on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays on rotation basis.
- Customer Service and Commercial focused.
- Proactive and takes initiative.
- Good in data entry
