**The Role**
- Collaborate with software product management as well as stakeholders from manufacturing to identify user needs and align product deliveries
- Take lead of scrum teams, defining product features, acceptance criteria and priorities, and ensure they are clearly understood by the development teams
- Work closely with product management and project management to create and maintain the product backlog according to business value, and ensure work aligns with product strategy
- Develop the Software Requirement Specification and collaborate with the System Test Team to ensure high quality deliveries
- Communicate with stakeholders throughout the project
- Actively mitigate roadblocks impacting team completion of release/sprint goals together with the scrum master and project management
- Keep up with agile/scrum best practices and trends
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years experience in software product development
- In-depth knowledge of agile process and principles
- Interested to work in manufacturing and production testing domain for medical devices
- Innovative and problem-solving skills
- Motivated person with open mind and innovation-oriented thinking
