Job DescriptionThe Client & Markets team is KPMG in Singapore's brand hive, equipping our colleagues with the marketing tools to win clients and to position KPMG as an industry leader at the forefront of innovation and sustainability. The team creates buzz around our brand, strategise and communicate our firm’s value proposition, working together to pollinate our brand, drive up its value and increase our market share.In this exciting internship opportunity, we are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Clients & Markets (CRM & Client Care) Team.**As an intern, you will be supporting the team with various tasks including**:
- Support outreach and communication efforts to raise awareness about the Gen AI project and its objectives.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and preparation.
- Participate in training, validation, and evaluation of the AI Model.
- Monitor AI model's performance in real-world usage scenarios.
- Implement enhancements and improvements based on user feedback.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve project milestones and deliverables in a timely manner.
- Perform other project-related duties as assigned by the project manager.
- Resourceful, well organized, meticulous and good team player with a positive mindset
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
