**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

*Ensure review the Daily progress report.

*Ensure review the Weekly reports as per construction schedule plan.

*Ensure review and monitor 3Week look ahead schedule

*Prepare Monthly management report.

*Ensure review the HSE weekly and monthly report.

*Rework Report

*Ensure and monitor MRMS to update as per plan.

*Ensure cash flow to be submitted and monitored as per plan.

*To fulfil and achieve higher weekly and daily target.

*Set up Weekly site walk with site team to review the 3 weeks lookahead schedule.

*Keep Manpower Loading plan updated time to time and look ahead for the manpower arrangement.

*Understand project special requirement and Follow up with Client on the training schedule to ensure this special position of the person can start work on time.

*Ensure the MRMS report has been prepared and follow up/update if any changes.

*Prepare and Follow through the Equipment Loading Plan

*Implement ON Track system for the Tools/Equipment management.

*Looking for new tools and equipment to improve our productivity, put up the recommendation and arrange discussion for future action.

*Ensure monthly training scheduled are strictly follow up at project level, and record has been updated and send to Corporate.

*Understanding the latest Government updates, MOM updated bulletin, as per the sector required updated training.

*Review the training presentation prior to roll out the training.

*Provide Training presentation to Corporate and update to E-Learning Library if any
