Assist with student registration for activities and buses (K-2), issuance of receipts as requested, and confirmation of program placement
- Assist in coordination and logístical support of program activities
- Assist in implementing and maintaining online registration system (SchoolsBuddy)
- Facilities booking
- EAA Accounts - issuing receipts as requested, track of all online pending payments, assisting with reimbursements, issuing payment vouchers, tracking payment vouchers as requested
- Interact with other school offices as needed to support programs
- Compile student databases and maintain class lists for programs and bus riders (K-2) online
- Respond to inquiries about programs from parents, teachers, and or students
- Coordination of EAA Instructional Assistants’ duties and submitting timesheets to HR
- Assist with ordering and maintaining supplies for the office and for faculty as requested
- Assist with cafeteria and transportation supervision
- Support all daily operations as necessary (absences, emergencies)

Skills/Requirements
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or GCE ‘A’ Level equivalent
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal relations skills
- Positive Attitude and Flexible nature

**Advantageous**:

- Experience with SchoolsBuddy
- Multi-tasked ability and flexibility to assume last-minute assignments
- Related experience and or knowledge of an American Education system (calendar, overall curriculum, and activities)
- Good problem-solving skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
