**Job Description**:

- Researches and analyses industry, market, and competitors to make strategy decisions for all cloud business units.
- Preparing and implementing comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
- Delegating responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.
- Ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated for company compliance both internal, external and group.
- Overseeing the company’s financial performance, investments, and other business ventures. Identify core competencies, define goals and make key decisions for entity in Singapore and overseas.
- Analysing problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company growth and sustainability.
- Liaisons with Board of Directors to make sure all efforts are in alignment

Requirement
- With at least 8 years of Experience in the cloud industry and familiar with cloud industry enviorment and business model.
- Extensive experience as senior management in a diverse culture environment and demonstrable experience in developing strategies, business plans.
- Excellent organizational, leadership and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to excel in high-pressure situations.
