DESIGNATION : Strategy Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development of the organisation’s short and long-term strategic plans and initiatives
- Provide analytical expertise and support for business planning and decision making using internal and market information and statistics
- Managing and aligning the business’ KPI infrastructure in order to facilitate analysis and reporting of performance against plans and budgets as well as strategic objectives.
- Supporting the development of weekly/quarterly/annual performance reports for the business leaders as well as facilitating cross-functional performance reviews for the leadership team.
- Aligning departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.
- Lead or coordinate specific cross-functional strategic initiatives/workstreams to ensure delivery against its committed KPIs
- Lead or support special task force created to address issues with immediate needs or high criticality

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 5 years experience years of experience in designing, building or running successful loyalty/member programmes, especially in multi-brands and/or partners programmes
- Strong understanding and experience with marrying data, partnerships, marketing and technology to drive business growth
- Strong project management and organizational skills; coordinate complex projects
- Very strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Able to work independently if required, and learn quickly and adapt to an ever changing environment
- A sense of urgency, pragmatism and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to strategically lead cross functional teams through a complex business environment to drive business outcomes and penetrate to new segments.
- A proven ability to influence and motivate others to achieve objectives
- Strong analytical and financial understanding
- Strong interpersonal skills - the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly across functions
