
Telegram Lead Generation Specialist

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**:Actively generate and qualify warm leads by reaching out to potential customers on Telegram and pulling them into our company's Groupbuy group chat.
- **Customer Engagement**:Chat directly with customers in the group, answering questions, providing product information, and creating a friendly and helpful environment.
- **Product Advisory**:Advise potential customers on the best broadband plans based on their needs, ensuring they have all the necessary information to make informed decisions.
- **Sales Support**:Work closely with the sales team by passing along high-quality leads for them to follow up and finalize the sale.
- **Relationship Building**:Establish and nurture relationships with customers, fostering trust and positioning the company as the go-to provider for broadband services.
- **Ambassadorship**:Act as a knowledgeable representative of the company, maintaining a professional image and embodying the company’s values in every interaction.
- **Reporting**:Track and report on lead generation efforts, customer interactions, and sales conversions, providing valuable insights to improve the lead generation process.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience in Customer Service or Sales**:Prior experience in customer service, sales, or lead generation, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- **Telegram Proficiency**:Familiarity with Telegram and experience in using it as a platform for customer engagement.
- **Strong Communication Skills**:Excellent written communication skills to engage and build rapport with customers in a professional yet approachable manner.
- **Product Knowledge**:Basic understanding of broadband plans and telecommunications services
- **Goal-Oriented**:Ability to work towards lead generation and sales conversion targets.
- **Self-Starter**:Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.
