**What the role is**

MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER, PUBLIC TRANSPORT PUBLICITY

**What you will be working on**

Public Transport Promotion Division drives key transport initiatives relating to the Public Transport Group in the areas of (i) management of travel demand, (ii) promotion of public transport commuter inclusivity, (iii) provision of bus service information, and (iv) management of organizational development within the Group.
We are looking for a self-motivated and energetic individual to join us. You will work with various internal and external stakeholders including vendors to plan, implement and manage the bus service information installed at public transport nodes and ensure the information is provided timely and sufficiently comprehensive for public transport users. You will be involved in projects such as the review of bus service information publicity and signages to meet the dynamic needs of commuters, through qualitative analysis based on insights derived from focus group engagement sessions, and recommend improvements.
You will also be part of the core team working with IT team in the development, testing and implementation of a new inventory management system, and you will lead the discussion to provide end user requirements, with focus to streamline, digitalise and automate existing processes to improve work efficiency and effectiveness for relevant parties.

**What we are looking for**
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline
- At least 3 years of working experience for Deputy Manager role, and additional 2 years of supervisory experience for Manager role
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills to follow through and track project implementation progress
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills to build partnerships across different stakeholders and within the team
- Highly adaptable, independent, positive team player and multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Work well under pressure and tight timelines
