**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participate in SAP S/4HANA and ECC IS-U implementation and development projects.
- Work as a techno-functional expert with strong command over IS-U modules including CS, CRM, Device Management, and Billing.
- Perform ABAP development adhering to SAP 7.4 standards, including ABAP on HANA.
- Manage and maintain Technical and Business Master Data in the IS-U environment.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical and functional specifications.
- Develop custom objects such as reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
- Debug and troubleshoot standard and custom SAP code.
- Review functional specifications and code to minimize post-deployment issues.
- Create and maintain high-quality Technical Specification and Unit Test (UT) documentation.
- Work on cross-module integrations and provide resolution for interface-related issues.
- Utilize Enhancement Framework, Module Pool Programming, BOR Objects, IDOC, and IDEX for custom developments.
- Address and resolve complex production issues and provide long-term solutions.
- Support testing phases including SIT, UAT, training, and cutover.
- Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve process and technical queries.
- Provide support for user queries and production incident analysis and resolution.
- Continuously improve system performance and user experience through proactive optimization.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong techno-functional knowledge in SAP IS-U modules.
- Proficient in ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, and SAP FIORI elements
- Solid understanding of Meter-to-Cash (M2C) business process and IS-U master data.
- Experience with IDOC, IDEX, Enhancement Framework, and Module Pool Programming
- Proven ability to analyze, design, develop, and implement SAP solutions.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with Agile methodology or other structured SDLC models.
- Exposure to Utility industry standards and best practices
- SAP Certification in relevant modules.
