**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

As a data-driven solutions team we are looking for a data engineer that helps us design, build and operate our data pipelines and data storage aspects of our solutions. We are looking for colleagues that are self-driven and don’t shy away from trying new unconventional methods to build new state-of-the-art solutions that bring data to where we need it. Daily tasks include:

- Data pipeline design, data extraction, data quality assurance, data transformation and data pipeline automation.
- You will need to focus on enterprise grade delivery of data pipelines in a compliant way touching data privacy, data protection, anonymization, and compliant software development practices.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
- 0 - 3 Years of experience and a university degree in a technical field.
- Practical data processing skills especially with unstructured text.
- UNIX/LINUX Operating system savvy
- Solid foundation in computer science
- Applied knowledge in Python & Spark
- Experience building and optimizing big data pipelines.
- Creative thinking, willingness, and ability to learn new concepts and technologies.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication skills

The team’s mission is to improve, automate, and transform the customer support business of SAP using Machine Learning and Data-driven Innovation.
