**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-house and WSQ training programs
- Analysing learning needs and formulating training strategies
- Design curriculum, develop training material and executes training activities including but not limited to classroom facilitation and conducts course assessment
- Analyses and reviews training feedbacks and evaluation for any improvement on each training program conducted
- Handle full spectrum of training administration & liaison with internal & external training partners/customers
- Maintaining training facilities and equipment
- Other duties and projects as assigned

**Requirements**:

- **Must be ACTA or ACLP certified**
- Diploma/Degree in any field
- Preferably have training experiences in delivering WSQ course content
- Have passion for people development with a flair for training
- Confident in stand-up training, facilitation, and assessment
- IT savvy and familiar with digitalized learning solutions
- Good understanding of WSQ framework
- Familiarity with the policies and administration of various government schemes and grants for training, as well as WSQ programs and WSQ ATO will be advantageous
- A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
- Dedicated, committed, and positive working attitude
- Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful
