Adepco Consultants is an approved training provider with focus on WSQ courses for PWM jobs.

We are expanding our Food Safety/ Hygiene team and seeking experienced Trainer and Assessor to join our family.

**Training**:
Deliver Food Safety Level 1 and 2 courses with passion and infused with real-life experiences

Provide guidance and mentorship to learners to enhance their skills and knowledge

Assess their performances and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Ensure learners are well-versed in food safety and hygiene practices upon completion of training

Facilitate course enrolments and administrative activities

**Curriculum Planning**:
Expected to contribute your thoughts, ideas and feedback for continuous improvement of curriculum and course delivery

Collaborate with curriculum development teams to update and improve training materials and processes

Stay current with industry trends and comply with regulations and procedures

**Client Development**:
We recognise and reward your ability to train your F&B corporate clients with us

**Qualifications**:
(a) NITEC Certificate equivalent or higher, in food science related courses with food safety modules

(b) WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 (formerly known as WSQ Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures / Basic Food Hygiene Course)

(c) WSQ Food Safety Course Level 3 (formerly known as WSQ Conduct Food & Beverage Hygiene Audit / Food Hygiene Officer Course)

(d) ACTA or ACLP

**Work Experience**:
(a) At least two (2) years’ of F&B experience in supervisory OR training OR consultancy area in either the food retail sector or the food manufacturing sector

(b) Proven experience as trainer and assessor for WSQ courses

(c) Patience and a passion for teaching and mentoring

(d) Excellent communication and presentation skills to establish good rapport with learners of different backgrounds

e) Able to converse with English, and basic Mandarin/ Malay/ dialects will help

**What We Offer**:
(a) Working Location: Near Marymount MRT (flexible to travel islandwide at client's F&B premises)
(b) Remuneration for trainer/ assessor

(c) Commission for client development work
