**About the Job
**Key Responsibilities**
- Processing of supplier invoice and educator claims through making payments via respective bank account
- Respond to inquiries from employees and management concerning expense reports
- Preparation of expense-related financial reporting and metrics
- Facilitates the management, analysis and resolution of GFSS issues arising in the region by liaising with stakeholders
- Participates in ensuring compliance with the internal control system (ICS), such that a clean external audit opinion annually on ICS in their area of operations is achieved

**About You**
- Good knowledge of the procure to pay process environment especially with high-volume payment experience
- Ability to communicate globally with colleagues at all levels throughout the organization and externally
- Work to prescribed deadlines
- Ability to prioritize workload with good organizational skills
- Highly numerate and meticulous
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
