**Job Title: Senior Software Engineer**

We’re building a next-gen marketplace for collectors and enthusiasts. We’re seeking an experienced **Senior Software Engineer** to take a leading role in shaping our platform’s architecture and mentoring junior developers as we scale.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust frontend and backend systems. You’ll collaborate with the Technical Lead and product team, lead by example in code quality and technical decisions, and help mentor Mid-Level Developers. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, is proactive, and passionate about building high-quality, scalable systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and build scalable full-stack features and services.
- Collaborate with the Technical Lead in shaping architecture and making key technical decisions.
- Guide Mid-Level and Junior Developers through mentorship and code reviews.
- Contribute to sprint planning, task estimation, and overall agile workflow.
- Own key modules and ensure performance, security, and scalability.
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Strong grasp of architecture, OOP, system design, and testing strategies.
- Proven leadership or mentoring experience in tech teams.
- Proficiency with TypeScript, GraphQL, and modern frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.

**Technical Proficiency**:

- **Frontend**: React, Next.js, Material UI
- **Backend**: TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS
- **Database**: PostgreSQL
- **Tools**: Git, Docker, Postman, VS Code, SourceTree

**Job Type**: Full-time Pay**: $1500-2200 per month (depending on experience)
