**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and oversee overall operational matters over 3 restaurants.
- Lead and provide guidance in operational functions with the objective to achieve the set deliverable and to strive for continuous improvements.
- In charge of expansion and new outlet openings in Singapore.
- Implement overall cost control and cost-saving measures
- Plan the recruitment requirements, training, developing, motivating, deployments, reassignments, conflict resolutions to optimize utilization of human resources within the teams
- Undertake any other ad-hoc projects/ tasks assigned by the Director.

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in F&B operations
- Possess leadership, strong communication and good interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office is necessary
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts
- Able to commit on Saturdays
