**Key Responsibilities**:

- **New Photo Booth & Photography Projects/Products**:

- Assist in executing new photo booth / photography ideas
- Plan and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee and plan new photo booth installations.
- **Photography**:

- Capture high-quality photos during events, ensuring attention to detail and creativity.
- Operate and maintain photography equipment, ensuring readiness and functionality.
- Edit and enhance images for client delivery.
- Assist Marketing Team with photography and videography
- **Client Management**:

- Serve as the primary or secondary point of contact for clients during projects.
- Address client queries and resolve issues promptly.

- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Assist in creating a pre-event guide for clients
- Prepare post-event reports and feedback for internal review.
- Keep track of photography assets and equipment inventory.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Photography Skills -**Proficiency with DSLR, mirrorless cameras, and professional lighting equipment.
Understanding of composition, framing, and color balance.
Ability to adapt to various lighting conditions and environments.
- **Technical Knowledge -**Expertise in camera settings (ISO, aperture, shutter speed).
Knowledge of photo editing software like Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- **Interpersonal Skills -**Strong communication skills for engaging with clients and guests.
Patience and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
Ability to give clear directions for posed shots.
- **Time Management-**Efficiently managing time to cover all aspects of an event.
Punctuality and adherence to tight schedules.
- **Creativity -**Ability to capture candid and dynamic moments that tell a story.
Coming up with unique shot compositions and ideas.

Reviewing shots to ensure proper focus and exposure during the event.
