**The Job Description**

We are looking for dedicated and passionate storytellers of all ages with a flair for creating beautiful imagery through the medium of photography. You will assist in a variety of photography jobs ranging from event coverage from our Editorial Division to product and studio photography from our Creative Agency, all at once.

We're looking at adept photographers who are able to work in a variety of styles ranging from Lifestyle Events to Food, Corporate Shoots and Commercial. When not shooting for photography-related tasks, you will also join DNMC+, our video production division for corporate and commercial shoots, where you will assist in areas such as art direction and scripting. You can also assist the production team with lighting, audio and other media-related roles.

Finally, with our DNMC Studio Space in our DANAMIC HQ, you will be tasked to set up, manage and maintain the space, including suggestions on equipment repairs and assist Management in a stable, progressive procurement plan.

**Key Responsibilities**
- You will be required to create content for DNMC Visuals, our Photography Division as part of DNMC Creative, and its clients, on all elements of the photographic/visual design, branding and campaign projects, from conception to delivery and to do so in a timely manner
- Generate creative ideas and provide art direction for photoshoots, video productions, and ad-hoc projects or collaborations, using visuals to portray concepts and advertise products/services visually
- Refine photographs and digital images using digital photography design software to ensure that colours, tone and style are consistent
- Ensure finished photography deliverables align with the brand and project requirements before the final photos/visuals leave the department for printing, production, delivery, and/or distribution
- Perform scriptwriting for corporate and commercial video production projects, that aligns with creative direction and video brief
- Strategise timelines on visual/art consultations, specifications to be collected, and projects can be assigned and prioritised
- Work with and assist our Business Development Team to ideate and create creative and visually appealing pitches and digital content for our campaign decks and project launches
- Be the main point of contact to vendors and clients to ensure a smooth business relationship with the company
- You will also be required to work with our Editorial Division, to produce suitable photography content for the articles published
- When required, you will attend media events to produce photography content that will complement the article and be shared on our social media platforms.
- Work closely with the accompanying writer/member of the DANAMIC Team to produce the relevant photographs
- Represent DANAMIC well during media events through proper conduct and courtesy

**Requirements & Expectations**
- Proficient with standard studio lighting and equipment
- Proficient in operating DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and has a good understanding of composition techniques
- Proficient in digital editing software (e.g. Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop; Capture One Pro, etc.)
- Proficient in providing art direction for creative projects
- Proficient in scriptwriting for video production projects
- Ability to plan and produce onsite and offsite shoots, including to be trusted on solo shoots and assignments (e.g. shoot list, scouting, casting and prop-sourcing, etc.)
- Documentation of files and accuracy of relevant data/metadata
- Set up, management and maintenance of our DNMC Studio Space
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Enjoys pushing creative boundaries and proposing fresh approaches
- Bonus for experience in social media content creation
- Bonus for experience in producing/shooting short-form video content (e.g. behind-the-scenes of our shoots for social media/client archival, etc.)
